Delete your NexGen account

Close your NexGen account permanently and remove your profile and sign-in details. We will verify your email address before an admin reviews your request.

Your name becomes “Deleted user” and account access is permanently disabled. We remove your email, phone, profile photos, identity documents and sign-in credentials. Your course progress, grades, subscriptions and financial records remain linked to the same account. Download any certificates you want before closure.

Your posts, comments, messages, reviews and attachments remain stored internally under “Deleted user”, but are hidden from normal users and public access. Retained content and invoices may still contain personal or billing information. This closes your account; it does not erase every record.

If you use Google sign-in, our team may guide you through disconnecting NexGen from your Google Account. This does not delete your Google Account. Never share your Google password or verification codes.
